How weapons work

Weapons attack on their own. You move, dodge, and choose what to hold.

A common weapon has three tiers. Each tier lifts the starting numbers and the ceiling. Forging spends gold along that weapon's tracks, one upgrade at a time.

Uniques arrive with their enchantments already fixed. A run starts with the Short Sword.

The Matriarch
